What are your lead times like?
It usually takes about two weeks port-to-port from Malaysia to neighbouring Southeast Asian countries. The total lead time from order confirmation to sorting, packing, and shipping is approximately 30 days for existing stock
What are the payment options available?
For importers and dealers overseas and in Malaysia, we offer T/T and cash payment options.
Why does my wood look different from my samples?
A small piece of sample can represent the overall picture of the product, and the timber itself is natural.
